We want you to be completely satisfied with our products. We will happily refund orders on all full-priced items provided the products are in new, unworn condition with tags attached.
AUSTRALIAN ORDERS
Items can be returned, for any reason, 14 Days from date of purchase.
You are welcome to:
- Swap for a different product.
- Get a full refund (available on all full-priced items only).
Please ensure all returns & exchanges come back to us in their original condition, with tags. As soon as your return has cleared its inspection, it will be processed.
ALL OTHER COUNTRIES
You are welcome to return for exchange or refund as per the process above. Please note A_C Official do not offer free International returns whereby the cost of shipping is not reimbursed. The carbon cost as well as price of International Shipping can make it impractical to return, so please keep this in mind.
SALE RETURNS
We do not offer refunds on any sale items unless faulty. An online store credit or exchange will be offered if the Sales Item is returned within 14 days of the purchase date.
FAULTY ITEMS
We will offer a full refund on full priced or sale items at the discretion of our customer service team. We will reimburse Return Postage in this instance.
We ship both Domestically within Australia, and Internationally. For both services, we use Sendle who are Australia's first 100% carbon neutral delivery service and a certified B Corporation.
We have also recently joined DHL Green and offset all DHL shipments on your behalf.
DOMESTIC (AUSTRALIA)
We offer free shipping on all orders within Australia over $90.
For all orders under $90 AUD we offer Shipping at $5AUD.
Please note, as we use a courier, we cannot accept PO Boxes.
NEW ZEALAND

WORLD WIDE SHIPPING
We offer a flat shipping fee on international orders. To keep costs low, we offer Sendle International and for those must-have-nows, we have partnered with DHL and offset the carbon on your behalf.
